Xbox Mode now available on Windows 11 for all users
As of April 30, gamers can enjoy Xbox Mode on their Windows 11 devices, including PCs, phones, and tablets, expanding their gaming options.

Xbox Mode has officially launched for all Windows 11 devices, allowing users to play their favorite titles without a console. The release came just before a long weekend, broadening the gaming experience across PCs, phones, and tablets.
This mode is designed to mimic the Xbox console experience with an optimized interface that makes accessing your library and recent games easier. Its goal is to minimize distractions and provide a seamless gaming experience across different screens.
Xbox, in its statement, said “Xbox Mode represents a step further in our effort to deliver a consistent Xbox experience across all screens, offering more options on how and where to play.”
To activate it, simply update to the latest Windows 11 version and open the Xbox Mode app, which replaces the old Game Bar. From there, switching between tasks and games is straightforward, even creating a dedicated desktop screen for gaming or work.
This development highlights Microsoft's commitment to integrating gaming into its OS, enabling players to enjoy their titles on various devices without sacrificing quality or functionality.
