Capcom's Pragmata is Here: Sci-Fi Odyssey Lands on Consoles and PC
Capcom today launched its highly anticipated sci-fi title, inviting players to explore a mysterious lunar station.

Capcom officially launched its highly anticipated sci-fi title, "PRAGMATA™", today, April 17, 2026. This new game from the creators of "Resident Evil" and "Devil May Cry" is now available. Players can find it on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and the brand-new Nintendo Switch 2. The gaming community can now dive into a deep narrative and innovative gameplay experience.
"Pragmata" transports players to a futuristic lunar station. This base has lost all contact with Earth for unknown reasons. You take control of Hugh Williams, a brave astronaut sent to investigate the facility's silence.
Hugh is not alone on this critical mission. He encounters Diana, a mysterious android girl with surprising abilities. Together, they must uncover the station's secrets. A hostile AI has taken complete control of the installations, relentlessly pursuing them. Their objective is clear: survive and find a way back home.
The synergy between Hugh and Diana forms the core of the gameplay.
The synergy between Hugh and Diana forms the core of the gameplay. "Pragmata" introduces a unique action and puzzle combat system. Diana can hack into enemy "Bots" systems, exposing their weak points. Hugh then uses a powerful arsenal of firearms to eliminate these threats.
Beyond the intense battles, players will find a safe haven. The "Shelter" serves as a peaceful space. Here, Hugh and Diana can interact, upgrade their equipment, and prepare for massive boss encounters. This location is crucial for strategy and character development.
Capcom offers two main editions of the game. The Standard Edition includes the full base game for $59.99. The Deluxe Edition, priced at $69.99, adds the "Shelter Variety Pack." This pack features cosmetic suits, weapon skins, emotes, additional music, and a digital art book. For those still undecided, the "PRAGMATA Sketchbook" demo is available for free on all platforms.
"Pragmata"'s global launch showcases next-generation visuals. It includes extensive language support, featuring Spanish and Latin American Spanish voiceovers. Parts of the original soundtrack are already available on Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. The complete soundtrack will be released on April 24. You can purchase the game from the digital stores for:
