Fallout Series on Prime Video Adds Aaron Paul for Season 3
Production is ramping up on Fallout as the series confirms Aaron Paul's involvement in an undisclosed role for the upcoming season, expected in 2027.

The third season of Fallout, the Prime Video adaptation based on the popular video game, is already in production. The show has begun casting and preparing for filming, and it was officially announced that Aaron Paul, known for Breaking Bad, will join the cast. The role he will play remains undisclosed.
Most characters in the series are original to the adaptation, so fans shouldn’t be surprised if Paul’s character is new. It’s unclear whether he will be an ally or an antagonist, but in the Fallout universe, trust is scarce.
This isn’t Paul’s first connection to Fallout. In 2010, he attended a launch party for Fallout: New Vegas, and photos from that event are well-known in the community. Many speculated that this could lead to his involvement, and now it seems that prediction has come true. Paul also has ties to the producers, having starred in HBO’s Westworld, created by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, who also produce Fallout.
In 2024, Nolan told IGN that Paul had been campaigning to join a future Fallout season. The second season was set around New Vegas, but the third is expected to move to another location, possibly Colorado, which isn’t featured in the original games. Filming is scheduled to start this summer, with a release likely in 2027, possibly in the second half of the year.
As the series progresses, it continues to build anticipation as one of the most promising adaptations of the Fallout universe. Aaron Paul’s involvement adds excitement and raises expectations among fans and general audiences alike.
The Fallout series keeps growing, adding well-known figures like Aaron Paul as it heads toward its third season.
